Labor do not have the management skill set, economic back ground and business experience to be dicking about with things they don't understand. We have seen them dump mining and carbon taxes onto punters at the wrong time and now they want to stick the boot into a fast falling property market. The US is raising rates and our banks have borrowed a truck load of money form them. This is one of the reasons why the banks are raising rates and not the RBA. This will put more pressure on the market. Rudd called Swan an incompetent with the mining tax and that was designed to screw them over to fill his idiotic budget problems.
