If IOOF pass on what was once my franking credits (removed by Shorten) to other "customers" as you call them, good luck to those other "customers". They gain and I do not lose. It is exactly what would happen to the owners of SMSF except there is no-one else gaining. In my case, I rather like my philanthropic work and will consider this to be an addition to it.
