both good economic and political sense. It represents a catch up for workers
linked to the minimum wage.
The ACTU is asking for a larger increase but Labor is linking its decision to the
inflation rate.
This announcement contrasts with the Coalitions approach to not give implicit support
to wage increases in submissions to Fair Work on the minimum wage.
The workers of Australia have carried the can for years now while many made huge profits.
Time for this to be rectified.
