The CO2 tax is a fact. We don't know what the DAP will look like or when it will be enacted.
Ever heard of Bjorn Lomberg? He is an environmental economist who addressed the Press Club recently and is a breath of fresh air, a clear thinker. He is scathing about actions being taken such as ETSs and wind farms. Says R&D will make the necessary improvements. If the DAP is biased towards R&D then it's the way we should be going, as I read Bjorn's ideas.
