Turnbull is targeting the top 3% legally hoarding wealth in super funds to minimise tax ... and the inflicted pain is limited to paying a concessional tax rate of 15% on super income over $100,000 per person or $200,000 per couple ... I'd have thought you would see such targeted measures as fair and reasonable?
