If Labor get in and in their first budget they provide substantial grants and tax incentives for Lithium batteries to be produced in Australia PLS's share price will likely jump by at least 10% and maybe much more.
The reason is that many large companies will look at setting up plants and hence will likely make a TO bid for PLS to try and guarantee some future supply of Lithium.
