labor wants to tax the family home

labor's plan to drive average Australians into poverty is becoming clearer.

labor's ABC is floating a plan, on behalf of labor, to tax the family home, both its capital gain and tax the rent that you would otherwise be paying. Seriously!

"Treasury estimates it forgoes $50 billion a year in revenue by exempting owner-occupied housing from the Capital Gains Tax (CGT).

"There is also no tax on the rental value of owner-occupied housing, although we did tax such 'imputed rental income' between 1915 and 1923," Siminski and Wilkins write in their Conversation article."

Now of course the parasite will deny that they have any plans to implement this attack.

Out of control immigration is a large factor driving up house prices. Everyone will be picked on the basis that they fit a labor voter profile. ie needy and needing handouts.

Councils making houses more and more expensive while slowing down approvals. all part of the plan.

The ABC covered a uni graduate who feels he will never own his own place. So let's flood the so called humanities so that they produce the 'perpetual undergraduate' (like Albo) with a massive chip on their shoulder due to their superiority and poverty.

In a nutshell labor's aim is to produce a "Us and Them" divided community.

(The greens have discussed confiscating houses to house these immigrants.)
