there is a difference between debt & deficit.

it is perfectly fine for rio & bhp to have debt if they can service it through their surplus, if there's no surplus then there's big trouble.

debt & deficit is a labor trademark which leads to inevitable economic chaos.

it is not surprising that most laborites do not understand such things, ignorance is bliss.

the sad thing is that it appears the labor leadership doesn't understand this either........or is it just hopeless management?
