Not sure who you're responding to with the blinkers statement. You previously addressed the fact that people who reduce their tax contribution will also reduce their voting power and I acknowledged that.

You didn't say the rich should get more votes, you said people who pay the most tax should get the most votes. Would you disagree that people (excluding certain individuals) with higher tax liability are typically financially better off than low income earners with a low tax liability?

Are you saying that your system doesn't inherently benefit wealthier people?
