If union membership is at an all time low and declining 'Why does the government want laws to trash the unions to oblivion?
It isn't what the government does now; it's what they do once the unions are gone and the people have NO PROTECTION. We do not have a Second Amendment to the Constitution and we DO NOT have a Bill of Rights. We have a constitution in name only - an Act of the British Parliament.
Read some contitution law - it's better than a scary movie.
