if you are truly a realist - you would be not factoring in anything to do with income tax - you would be railing against the entire concept

income tax raised it's miraculous head in Australia to pay for WW1 on the promise that after that it would be dumped --

    hmmmm

what better disincentive could one possibly have to entice people to do less work than taxing their income?

socially - it has to be the dumbest idea ever thought of

giving people more voting power by them paying more income tax??? - wow, you actually think that's a good idea?

you think that's an idea that an advanced mature society should execute?

poor and disadvantaged have zero say?

why don't we take it a step further and make them prisioners and force them to labour - unpaid or very low paid of course, so, they still couldn't vote -

it works a treat in America - ref. prison labour and who actually uses it - pretty interesting

if one were a realist -- one would engage in looking at and experimenting with handing money out to members in society so they could spend more in that society and henceforth create a more robust economy

run the numbers - one would see that governments as such would get back a huge chunk of that money in the form of other taxes - also, income tax.

of course, governments could also really run out the cash and create very high consumerism - which would give the economy a hell of a boost done right - but, be environmentally damaging because the more people spend - the more the environment has to pay --------------------- unless, you do it very very wisely -------- not our habit in Australia though, although some have tried.

I'm afraid that the tax paying sliding system of political voice and power really belongs in a Hitler's best ideas textbook (with special clauses for Jews)----------- and, for your and all of our sakes - I hope that's where it remains
