if Albanese is as dull witted as he appears he will do exactly as the Morrison mob have done.
if they are intelligent they will accept refugees from UNHCR books in Indonesia and fly accepted refugees safely to Aus.
this will provide those stuck in refugee-hostile Indonesia with some hope and reduce the probability of people boarding boats.
