    yes tilerman, so short sighted, what's going to happen when we're $200 billion in debt & can't borrow anymore? there'll be no cash to splash then, what will we do?

    i notice eagle didn't answer my question, i'll take it that he'd rather borrow $20 to maintain his income rather than cut his expenditure to match his reduced income.
