    Election 2010 l Prime Minister Julia Gillard has gained the crucial vote of Tasmanian independent Andrew Wilkie by bringing forward up to $1.8 billion in health funding that was scheduled to be spent over the next four years, defeating a competing $1 billion offer from Opposition Leader Tony Abbott.
