I honestly can’t for life of me see how this can get knocked back. To take it up to federal court and appeal initial denial is a legal nightmare, you don’t do this unless you know you have a bloody decent case on your hands and all the ducks were lined up.
that last move in the 11th hour at 3:58pm to try to drop it before 20 then spring it back up to 22 same as close was definitely intriguing.
