"With help from Labor MPs who were scared that
Kevin Rudd's plunge in popularity could cost
them their seats Julia Gillard overthrew Rudd"

Everybody is entitled to an opinion.
If the Caucus drives the Labor Party, then they supported the overthrow of Rudd. Kevin Rudd's own MP's set up his loss of popularity to dethrone him.

It was all about popularity!! Kevin Rudd's actually to get Labor into Government. The Caucus never intended to keep him there, as their best politician was his deputy.

So basically, I believe they set out to deceive the voter,
prior to Kevin07's being elected. They have continued to do so on most policy's ever since.

The voters problem was they did not understand this in 2010,
but one would like to think they have a better understanding
    in September.
