Agree. Anybody with an ounce of life skills knows that there's good debt and bad debt. Debt has made millions of people very wealthy, same goes for companies, and there's no reason why a country cannot do the same. The decades of Conservative Govts and their cuts to everything advantagious for the benefit of a dumb arse budget surplus is insane. Didn't Robodebt wake up the numbskulls how desperate Morrison was to post a pissy surplus? As you say the Nordic countries have done it much better as theyhave invested in education and health and now top of the charts globally regarding education and living standards. Conservatives and their ideology have done so much damage to this countries progress over the decades. When will tghe punters wake up.
