    A very well balanced reply, and thank you for making those points. I don't argue with the fact that unions have achieved many good things. Many unions continue to do so. But many unions exist purely for self interest, political interest and amassing large sums of personal wealth. It would be inappropriate of me to point the finger at specific organisations and people, just in case one of these cashed up people decides to sue me! Unions of yesteryear are responsible for what we enjoy now. The unions of today simply try and use emotional blackmail and threats to keep their members paying. And what do they get in return? The cold shoulder when they get into trouble. Bullying is not really a serious matter for unions, as it doesn't serve any political purpose, nor does it foward the political ambitions of the union. So what are they their for, apart from self interest? Ask me later.....I need to think about that!
