"----such largesse came from Morrison in the first place". Labor's largesse has nothing to do with your favourite pile on target, Morrison! The GST allocation wasn't largesse, just an appropriate apportionment of the wealth generated by the WA economy. How it is spent, is on the WA Labor government !
Some of Labor's many billions of largesse has been on the little used Metronet to Ellenbrook; an outer harbour study (which won't be necessary for decades); political advertising (patting themselves on their backs) and many other massively expensive green dreams and schemes.
Hospitals, police, education etc are all being underfunded with misallocation of priorities. There is a massive shortage of hospital beds and ambulance ramping is still chaotic!
Some necessary infrastructure expenditure has been undertaken as it would be under any government.
