You have to feel sorry for the ALP. Or not.

So far there are two contenders for the leadership.

Anthony (Therapuetic Albo) Albanese and Chris (I am the man) Bowen.

Apart from his massage parlour daliances Albo also has the dubious record of having voted at ALP conference against ALP policy of Boat Turnbacks. To his credit he had the guts to do it whereas Wong and Plibersek avoided the vote. If he becomes leader theres no chance that the Liberals won't wheel this out during the next election campaign. It will be devastating.

That Albo is also a socialist with every fibre in his body won't help either.

Should the ALP make Bowen leader, and they won't, he won't make it to the next election. Every time he gets up in Parliament to speak he will be reminded "if you don't like it don't vote for us". That was the most stupin line that was spoken during the whole campaign. It'll do his head in and he will retire to a sanitorium.

So who should they make leader?

    I'd go for Tony Burke.

    There's nothing wrong with himbiggrin.png
