watso has commented several times, that the lib policies create a greater divide between the have and the have nots - which in the end, alieniates a part of society. the "haves" already have computers at home, and are on broadband. the lab policy, sure is an equalizer.

watso can see some problems with the idea - but no need to be negative - on the face of it, it is a great idea.
