While the average Labor voter is struggling to keep a 10 year old set of wheels on the road
worth $3K, Labor is up itself in Canberra proposing that these stiffs subsidise $50K +
new electric cars which, in my suburb, are only affordable by 2 doctors; one a Tesla S &
the other a Nissan Leaf and neither vote Labor.

Last election the Nissan Leaf owner had a Greens' poster on the fence & the Tesla owner had a true blue Lib one.

And this masquerades as a "Auto Policy"

    Crikey what's next?

This is worse than asking working stiffs who never owned a new car in their life (prior to 2017)
to subsidise the then new car manufacturing multinationals!

Don't worry about negative gearing...this is positive gearing for the Middle Class.
