BTW, where are details of the cuts made to fund these election promises/new programs? Didn't Wayne and Julia say that these sorts of things would be cost neutral so appropriate cuts need to be made somewhere to fund these schemes? $400 million (plus administrative costs I presume this time there might be some sort of controls in place) is not an insignificant sum unless you compare it with our deficit.
I for one would really like to know what we will be missing out on.
