THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

Subpoenas to Colin McCloy / Maurice Noon of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their capacities as Receivers of the New Zealand company OPI Pacific Finance Limited (issued 8 Jan 2014)

1. Leave be granted to all parties to inspect and copy in the Registry, the packets of documents (packet s-38 and s-46) produced on 24 and 30 April 2014 by Colin McCloy of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their capacities as Receivers for the New Zealand entity OPI Pacific Finance Limited (in Receivership & Liquidation).

2. Leave also be granted to the solicitors for all parties to uplift the documents referred to at paragraphs 1 above, for the purposes of inspection and copying, on the following conditions:
(a) Documents not leave the custody of the solicitor, or counsel instructed by the solicitor.
(b) Documents be returned to the Registry in the same condition, order and packaging as when uplifted.
(c) Documents be returned promptly and, in any event, when an officer of the Registry so requests.

3. The subpoenas to Colin McCloy and Maurice Noon of PriceWaterhouseCoopers be otherwise stood over until Wednesday 14 May 2013 at 9:30am before His Honour Justice Perram.
