    Correct me if I am wrong, but there was only 4 boat people on Xmas Island,and none on main land when Rudd took over.

    So even if the total 4 people went for damages, no big deal.

    But when Rudd open the flood gates that caused over crowding and thousand upon thousands of boat people began to fight on Xmas Island and main land over racial "me first."

    Then we now have a huge problem that wasn't there before Rudd.Labor's solicitors and Barristers racing in for big bucks are the worst parasites.
