    There is no disrepair in SE Qld Alan. The infrastructure there is fantastic and there are further huge road and rail projects underway.
    Not so good in the rest of Queensland though and I don't think it matters which party is in power as they all put Brisbane and the Gold and Sunshine Coasts first.
