I don't see how that will have any effect on BUD. Now if the gov decides that monitoring should be required in commercial buildings, or subsidised monitoring, then that would be beneficial.

As far as the election though, I'm undecided. Since on the other hand Labor do want to cut back the CGT discount though, so you have to be ok with that being one way they hope to fund some of their policies.
