Good thinking, Smattering Cat!
The whole Country is going to have to use creative and innovative thinking to solve the whole workforce problem.
In my opinion, nothing should be ruled out until thoroughly examined (Impartially), even fromLog-Rollers, Barrow Pushers,and even Carpetbaggers, taking into account self-interest and naked political agendas, as this is fertile territory for Rent-Seekers and the like,
Commonsense rather than ideology should be the Arbiter, BUT everything should be examined.
The Country needs it urgently.
