Hi all, first time posting here. I think it would be interesting to see if training organisations develop accelerated retraining pathways in support of the technology. For example a bricklayer could receive credits for becoming a chippie. To me this seems like it would ease pressures (eventually) rather than trying to find a whole block of people from the ether. Not a tradie though so this is more a thought of how to accelerate adoption without a bottleneck in the next phase of the build. Cheers
