Not a bad option, consolidate and delist from ASX.
Relist in US or EU, offer current ASX FBR shareholders equivalent share in foreign registry based on listing price.
If people don't like the foreign tax complications, can use the CR to pay people off.
Either way, they will need some tangible contract with a foreign partner to back up the listing if to raise cash overseas.
