Yes, I have recently wondered aloud here about that same question.
What might rise to ASIC level, is his decision not to inform the market leading up the fateful Jan 2022 failure to achieve substantial commencement. In my view, this was a failure to notify of an extremely price sensitive mangagement decision. By my experience in mine planning, it takes a year to setup and execute these kond of infrastructure and earthworks in remote WA.
So, why didn't he notify of his intent to walk away from Mark McGowan's offer of a uranium mining permit? Any guesses...?
