If you're in this stock, then you're punting on the following:
medium term: management overhaul.
longterm: WA policy change or approved extension to approval deadline.
Without these things, the upside remains limited, and this stock will continue to trend down due to dilution.
As for the short term, be aware, WA labour WILL win the next WA election. It will remain a Labour-Green alliance, for the next 3yrs at least in WA.
