Historically WA is a very Liberal. right leaning state.
Cook government has pissed off many groups of voters and has gone full "woke" and is naming everything Aboriginal after a strong Conesus NO vote in the voice referendum.
Albanese has lost the plot with spending and has allowed inflation to run rampant. Now the AUD is moving towards 0.50c USD so punters are about to be hit by a massive wave of inflation pre election. People will collate Federal and State government positions together even though they are separate.
A huge BLUE wave is coming.
