Are these guys wrong, in their conclusions? If so, then explain yourself, the catastrophic share price collapse under your leadership, and your obvious lack of action?
Answer these questions...
1) In the 8yrs under your leadership, why has Wiluna stagnated, never progressed beyond 'scoping study' level?
2) And why did you give up our WA uranium mining permit, under Mark McGowan, by choosing to not completing 'substantial commemcement' on Jan 2022? Giving up our only chance, our golden ticket, to escape the uranium ban?
3) And why did you not inform the market in the months leading up to the Jan 2022 deadline, that you clearly had no intention of completing 'substantial commencement'?
4) And why have you not requested an 'extension' of the 'substantial commencement' deadline, despite continuously stating to market that the approval is still 'in place', and that you hold the right to seek an extension?
5) And where is the pilot plant? Which you promised 13mths ago, and diluted our stock to the tune of $12.1million for? Where is the final design? Where is the planned work site?
6) And, where is the de-merger, which you have been talking about for 2yrs, and promised to deliver 13mths ago?
7) And why did you try to change the company into a gold-nickel explorer, wasting our precious capital on this failed endeavour...during a once-in-a-generation uranium boom?! What were you thinking? How does this inspire confidence in your leadership, your judgement, your motives?
8) Where is the bulk sample drilling campaign, which you promised 13mths ago?
9) What are you still 'consulting' about with traditional landowners? It's been 12mths of 'consultation' now, what are the detsils? What are the outcomes of these consultations? And who exactly are the groups you're consulting with?
10) And why are you not publicly, visibly, lobbying the WA govt, like Jono, from cxu, is doing? We never hear from you, what are you doing? What are you actually working on right now? What do you do in the office all day?
11) Why do you think it's appropriate to hold so many other directorship positions at other companies, while holding the chairmanship of Toro, and while collecting one of the highest salaries, by market cap, in the asx uranium junior space? What message do you think this sends to market? Do you even care?
