Perhps it's time for the Quebec Govt to release the Canarail study and move on this new railway (3 years to build Phase 1A Point-Noire to Fire Lake, perhaps another year to link up with the Bloom Lake railway),
If not get on with it soon then Chinalco's Simandou might steal the show (despite legal issues & $25 billion CAPEX)
