We don't need good fellow, good hearted, honest and the rest... We need someone that can create value for shareholders, make deals happen & get them over the line or bring projects into production, we don't need a church leader... Best of him is in the past, he needs to move on or forcefully ousted by shareholders so the company can move forward... In business tough decisions need to be made instead of carrying on forever with a boring frail leader..
