Is it TRUE that the recent capital raising was to all overseas companies ...

Is there ANY company with an agreement in place to UNDERWRITE the options .

If so WHO ..

In light of recent Announcements about agreements made by the CNOOC, supposedly, In the Puntland region of Somalia

Why no explanation , if true , on how it affects RRS existing agreements ..
