    Perhaps leave the CAB until the end of the year, and do a nice buyback into the new year, 2023?
    Get that cap down to an attractive level..

    Or, fund the entire CAPEX with CAB and a future CR??

    Not sure if it's as attractive as a hefty divvy in the short term to long term holders, but might be a nice sweetener to attract institutional investors into the future.

    Personally, let's grow this thing and accelerate better investment yields in the medium term...
