Exactly what I have been saying for a long time. Management needs to go, too many mistakes. They either buyback shares to show their confidence in the business, or they go. But since this is a small local Perth company, I don't think they will walk.

So a takeover sounds likely, perhaps there have been talks or negotiations recently and this is why the Management does not (cannot) purchase shares on the market at these low levels.
