Someone is keeping the SLR price down as well, seems to be controlled at approx 40c.

This is not simply a lack of interest, it is being held at that price to establish a floor for a potential offer.

The only downside, the offer will be well under my cost.

In any case, it would be a better scenario than the current purgatory SLR has found itself living in.
