Only represents 2.3% of the total directors holdings, so nothing to be concerned about.
I suppose when one reaches the age of 65, the thought of retiring must cross their mind every now and then....and if you're unable to retire, buying a beach house is the next best thing...lol
Selling prior to an anticipated increase in the sp is good ethics.
