lack of finalisation is the problem, page-2

The announcements say that all should be finalised in
this current 1/4.

Vanmag will be the funny one, I recon we should probly just ignore that one for now.
9th Of May 2011 said it was going to be 6-8 weeks and is sitting with the South African DMR.

As for the ABSA one, I am guessing they have not needed to draw down on the funding as yet.
I have read in past announcements they will not need ABSA funding straight away and will draw down on it when needed.

But you could be onto the reasons why the sp is still not good. As they say the market dosn't like uncertainty!

If we can finalise those 4 things, we can eliminate a lot of doubt about these guys.
