    They are listed as an investment company and are only obliged to give financials once per year.

    Once the settlement of van-mag is complete they will lose that staus and will have to report quarterly like anyone else.

    IMHO This is why van-mag has been dragging on so long.

    They dont want to reort quarterly at the moment as it would show there true cash position.
