yes i know that FBR and others recieve the R&D rebate.
It is a not a bad scheme. But could be better.
For example with R&D for HX done, there isnt an opportunity to get Govt assistance to commercialise.
Should there be....i think there should....otherwise if a company that gets the R&D cash fails to commercialise due to a lack of funding, then the money the Govt handed over was wasted.
Should govt get a direct return....well they dont for the R&D do they.
is social welfare enough? No it isnt.
