One of the major reasons for the so-called share scabbing by Management was stated very early on in the history of this stock ( cannot give you a reference) and only days ago, was to specifically ensure any Take-Over or buyout either not possible or at least very unlikely. Pivacs are determined to remain fully in control of this company. They eventually walked away from CAT because CAT was after control and "Make this thing YELLA"
Your other dysfunctional or game-playing phoney buyout offer to stimulate "Patriosm" is risible.
