lack of HFT activity

I note a lack of HFT activity on RXM. Most of my other copper stocks have continuous trades of 1 or 2 shares all day long.

What would that indicate? Is that lack of HFT a good thing? I'm no fan of HFT but why are they avoiding RXM I wonder?

The mining approval mouse trap is set and RXM has outlined its plan to get the cheese, will DMITRE and the minister break RXM neck as we nibble on the red metal YP approval cheese or will RXM make it through and gain full access to the larder and become a ten bagger?
