    Morningstar had a fair value circa 15c right up the announcement. Previously it was 18c and had been adjsuted for RSPT uncertainty. I started looking at them because of this. MOS is considered a speculative stock.

    They upgraded to 19c Fair Value on 8/7/2010 and noted AGL's bid as being low ball.

    We need another offer or it is all over.
