Lack of interest

Its amazing how the prospects of the acquisition has completely knocked the interest in RHT. Until then we used to get dozens of HC posts a day - now some days none others a handful at best.

One thing that I don't think has been mentioned is that if the acquisition goes through as suggested in the release the fall in SP caused by the acquisition prospects will mean a much greater dilution. It was 15% when the SP was about 5c. If the directors vote in favour of it, the price will drop further. At 2.5c the dilution would become 30% (for the same acquisition price). It could even be worse because the dilution prospect itself might cause the SP to fall further. VK will become a very big shareholder of RHT - perhaps the biggest with a lot of influence - which is likely to mean that those of us who have seen RHT through from obscurity to the cusp of success will be back where we started.
