I believe a lot of the issues you have were addressed in the HY Report, here's an excerpt below.

"The SARS-CoV-2 sensor developed in conjunction with NanoDx has progressed through the R&D phase and the final product is now in the hands of NanoDx. The Group has engaged in a material agreement that will be fully disclosed once the sensor reaches FDA approval."

FYI - Ralph has transitioned from Managing Director to Executive Director, he has not left the company. Even though starting a role with a new company he has no doubt a performance criteria to meet within his new ED role.
