bear123, fair enough comments,just a couple of points though.
drilling results so far ,although unspectacular, only preliminary.
you say 40k for 40% of his time and only probably attends 1 meeting a month... you could have done without putting the 1 meeting a month bit at the end, you know very well he puts in A LOT more.
